No. Ember Labs is based in Adelaide, South Australia, and we won't pretend otherwise — there's no Fiji office, no local staff, and no partner standing in for us. Every build is scoped, delivered, and supported remotely.
Fiji sits roughly a couple of hours ahead of Adelaide — the exact gap shifts a little through the year as each side's daylight saving changes on different dates. There's still a solid block of overlapping business hours most days for a video call.
Not as a standard part of the process — we're not going to pretend a flight to Nadi or Suva is on the table. Everything that needs a face runs over video; everything else runs over email and a shared project board.
