What a proper diagnosis turns into.

Every build here starts the same way — a proper diagnosis, before a line of code gets written.

Software Development

From a paper check-in queue to a live backstage dashboard — a complete event-day system for a dance competition organiser.

A dance competition had outgrown paper. Staff ran up and down stairs to tell backstage who'd checked in, results were tallied by hand across half a dozen categories, and video orders for performances lived on a separate list nobody could search.

We built a purpose-made web app for event day: digital check-in at the door, a live backstage running order the production team could actually follow, automatic results tallying across every category — ties handled correctly, not glossed over — and a searchable lookup so staff could find every video a performer had ordered in seconds instead of flicking through paper.

The whole event now runs off one system — no more runners, no more hand tallies, no more hunting through lists mid-show.

AI Strategy & Consulting

From a brief-and-photo email back-and-forth to a same-day design proof — a custom AI assistant for a signage company.

A signage company's design team fielded the same kind of request over and over: a client brief, a site photo, and a wait for someone to turn it into a proof. Good work, but slow — and it ate hours that could have gone into the harder design problems.

We built the company a custom AI assistant that knows their brands, products, pricing and rules as its base knowledge, then gave it real skills: turn a brief and a site photo into a design proof on the company's own template, hand an approved concept to the design room as an editable file ready to finish, polish outgoing client emails in the company's voice without changing what was said, and route new enquiries straight to the right person.

It's live in their workspace now, handling the repetitive first pass so the design team's time goes to the work that actually needs their judgement.

More case studies go up here as further builds complete and clients confirm they're happy to be named — real diagnoses, real builds, no invented numbers or borrowed logos.
