Build an App

Software built for your business. Not licensed to it, not guessed at for it.

Every build starts with a strategy session — so by the time we're writing code, we already know exactly what it needs to do.

No "buy now" button here — the build is never sold cold.

Who it's for

Outgrown a spreadsheet, a Facebook group, or a plugin held together with hope?

Businesses sitting on an audience, a process, or an idea that's outgrown a spreadsheet, a Facebook group, or a WordPress plugin held together with hope. If the honest answer to "could this run itself?" is "not yet," this is the page for you.

What you get

Not vibes — specifics.

The diagnosis, not a guess.

Built off a real strategy report, not a sales assumption — so it solves the problem you actually have.

Reusable IP, not a rebuild every time.

Platform architecture proven on real client builds — faster to ship, fewer surprises, your build de-risked by every build before it.

Ownership.

It's your codebase, no ongoing licence — nobody can hold your business hostage to a subscription.

A run plan, not a handover-and-vanish.

Hosting, fixes, and small improvements for $49–99/mo — it keeps earning after the invoice is paid.

The price

One fixed price, set by the scope.

Your build is quoted from the strategy report — a single fixed price, no meter running. 50% to start, 50% on delivery, then $49–99/mo to keep it running.

If we don't deliver what's defined in your strategy report, the final milestone isn't invoiced.

Most builds pay for themselves inside the first year. After that, it's the business's, and it keeps earning every year on top.

A comparable agency build usually runs $30,000+ over six months, with every change after kickoff billed on top. The strategy session tells you upfront whether you actually need that scale of build — or something smaller and cheaper that does the same job.

Proof

Case studies coming soon.

Our first builds are underway. Detailed case studies go up as they complete and clients are happy to be named — real diagnoses, real builds, no invented numbers or borrowed logos.

Questions about the build

Every build still starts with the strategy session — it's often where "what I think I need" and "what actually moves the needle" turn out to be two different things.

Then you don't get sold one. You get the report, and if a strategy engagement is the better fix, that's what we recommend instead.

Yes — one fixed price for a defined build, set in your strategy report. Anything discovered mid-build gets flagged and priced as an add-on before it happens — never absorbed quietly, never billed as a surprise.
